Ward 4 Specific
Completed three Ward 4 storm water projects in 2016 and 2017 at Geneva, Pine and Avon, Fair and I-290 purchased property in Brynhaven and nine other city wide projects since 2015.
Initiated and implemented improved safety such as stop signs and crosswalks at Schiller and Haven, Berteau and Schiller, Marion and Chandler, Pine and Schiller among others.
Created first ever Coyote resource for City of Elmhurst to address Ward 4 sightings and concerns.
Submitted referral to look at improving snowplowing for seniors in late 2018.

Voted yes to hiring of first ever Communications Director in 2015 to enhance city communication to residents.
Supported and promoted City’s adoption of CodeRed to increase resident communication during an emergency.
Initiated 5+ referrals to directly resolve residents concerns with safety, senior services and more.
Ward 4 Specific
Promoted and attended numerous Neighborhood Roll Calls throughout the ward with Police Department.
Led resident group to successfully get budget approval for long-needed landscaping improvements along First Street and the RR.
Created and manage first ever Facebook page and email distribution group for the Ward.
Initiated 5+ referrals to directly resolve residents concerns with safety, senior services and more.
Measured, Planned Growth
City Wide
Grew tax base through measured development by $700MM in 5 years.
Voted in favor of Elmhurst’s 2016 Downtown Plan, leading to a thoughtful approach to city center development.
Supported 60 new businesses throughout town in 2018 leading to low vacancy rates and vibrant economic districts.
Revised and approved Elmhurst Strategic Plan to ensure growth progresses with a planned approach.
Initiated, revised and voted for five Sub-Area plans, to promote re-development of key sites in city.
Ward 4 Specific
Ensured appropriate zoning districts were approved in new downtown plan protecting the residential neighborhoods on Haven, Marion and Arlington.
Supported new Edwards-Elmhurst Health facility at Schiller and Haven.
Supported re-development of Ace Hardware on First Ave. to continue to support local business and provide convenience to residents.
Supported Nitti Development adding new growth to Elmhurst’s total assessed value and bringing new families to town.
Assessed stoplight timing in the City Center to ensure smooth traffic flow though town.
